Clifton Clarke

A theologian known for his expertise in the diverse religious expressions within African diaspora communities, challenging conventional narratives and highlighting their diverse, complex religious landscapes. He has served as the Associate Dean of the William E. Pannell Center for African American Church Studies and the Associate Professor of Black Church Studies and World Christianity at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. He also serves as a visiting professor at Salem University in Nigeria, Perez University in Ghana, and Birmingham Christian College in the United Kingdom.
