This work is the story of the remarkable African American leader who led the Azusa Street Revival in Los Angeles in 1906 and is credited for launching the twentieth-century American Pentecostal movement and several denominations. Blind in one eye yet in possession of remarkable spiritual vision, few believers are aware of Seymour.
