The late Dean and professor of philosophy at Regent University School of Divinity after serving as Professor of Philosophy at Evangel University. His scholarly interest was in moral theory and the history of philosophy, with emphasis on how classical philosophy influenced Christian thought. And he was co-editor of the Willey Blackwell Companion to Religion and Social Justice.
